As the founder and director of CP Communications – a respected and innovative PR and social media agency – Catriona works with world-leading brands as well as up-and-coming organisations every day. Her work as a personal branding expert sees her touch the lives of thousands of people with her unique mix of motivation, expertise and guidance.

Her popular book, From Unknown To Expert has helped thousands of people around the world to build their personal brand, understand how PR and social media can help their business, and has inspired them to take action.

She is also a nature based creativity specialist and educator. She is an accomplished fibre artist and her unique sculptural work offers glimpses of shapeshifting natural forms, from unnoticed branches, leaves and seedpods into stunning works that celebrate the abundance of nature. She runs creativity and basketry workshops for individuals and groups.
